What is SFS?

Sebiz Finishing School or SFS as it is popularly known was set up over 17 years ago to cater to the resource crunch of Sebiz and Netsmartz, our parent companies. Trained freshers were impossible to find and almost every I.T company spent 4-6 months training freshers just so they could competently start working on projects. Under this ambitious SFS project, We offer the unique opportunity for youth to undergo a 6 Months Training Program, to secure jobs in IT/ITES Industry.

What are the benefits under Sebiz Training Program?

To Help students to get their skill set developed by undergoing 6 months professional training in the core sector. As per the Sebiz Mandate, we are hiring fresh IT graduates to get trained and placed in IT/ITES industry. During the training program, each candidate will be eligible for the following facilities

 

  1. 6 Months Training Program, including classroom and On-Job Training.
  2. Assured Placement for eligible candidates after successful completion of the training.

Who can do this Training program / Eligibility for the program?

As such there no Criterion for learning any Skill anybody with an aptitude can learn normally what we have seen in that. All B. Tech / MCA, M. Sc IT, B. Sc IT, BCA, PGDCA.

  • Students studying in 1st year to final year can undergo this program.
  • The Training is also designed to fulfill the requirements of the 6th-semester students who wish to do Industrial Training, a mandatory part of their curriculum.
  • Students who wish to upgrade their existing skills can also undergo the program.

When will the program begin / what is the schedule for the batches?

The Programs available with us are

  1. Summer Training Program
  2. Winter Training Program
  3. Project Based Industrial Training Program

These programs are meant to utilize the learning period of the student so that they can upgrade their skills and acquire knowledge.

The Signup process can be done at any time, by doing so the students will be timely updated with our new courses and programs. Students who do not Signup have to keep visiting the website for regular updates.

The batch schedules are available after the registration has started. The batches are formed by analyzing the University’s break schedule.

Which Certificate will we get?

You will get a training certificate from Sebiz Finishing School after successful completion of the training.

Note: Successful Completion is when the students adhere the policy terms laid down by us.

Existing Students

How many Students will be there in a batch?

There will be 50 to 60 students per batch. Our classrooms and Labs in each location will be able to accommodate such strength. We have a good student trainer Ratio for effective learning. Personal attention will be provided to all the students.

What’s the placement Criteria?

We measure your performance every month and at the end, we will initiate one placement test for you. According to the performance in test and projects, you’ll be allotted seats for the placement drive.

How can I Collect my Certificate?

The student should bring their Photo ID proof to collect the Certificate. If a student is not able to collect his or her certificate, his or her representative should bring their own Photo ID proof and an authority letter duly signed by the student. In case students are not able to visit the Centre, he or she will submit Certificate Delivery Details on the Training Panel.

Shall I bring my Laptop along during the Training Program?

Students must bring their laptop. Installation of software related to technology and practice/lab can be done easily.

How Can I rectify my lost certificate?

The certificates will be reprinted in following cases;

  • A mistake in the name of the Course.
  • A mistake in the name of the Student.
  • A mistake in the Grade.
  • Mistake in the Duration
  • Loss of certificate during the courier process.
  • Loss or damage to the certificate by the Candidate.
  • Any other mistake.

How many students placed till date?

When will I get Certificate and Project letter?

Training Certificate and Project Letter will be issued within 7 days of Successful completion of the training in the form of an e-copy on your e-mail and a hard copy.

What will be minimum Salary Package after Training?

Minimum package for the freshers will be 1.8 Lac Per annum. The more experience you have, more salary you will get.
